Described as a glass jigsaw tower, 56 Leonard is designed by the Pritzker Architecture Prize winning firm Herzog & de Meuron.
The 60-story luxury condominium is located at the intersection of Church and Leonard streets in TriBeCa, and features an integrated sculpture, designed by award winning artist Anish Kapoor, at its base.
Among the neighborhood’s many offerings, which include acclaimed restaurants, galleries, parks and museums, 56 Leonard is minutes away from Manhattan’s Financial District, Times Square and Central Park.
The glass design, created by custom window walls of 14 feet, allows for uninterrupted panoramic views of the cityscape, bridges, harbor and rivers.
The tower boasts ten exclusive penthouses with up to 200 feet of continuous window walls. Amenities include a library lounge, an indoor and outdoor theater, a 75-foot infinity edge lap pool, a fitness center, a conference center, a catering kitchen and private elevators for direct entry access.
There are also cedar lined closets, wood burning fireplaces, grand entry galleries, and grand piano shaped islands, all custom designed by Herzog & de Meuron.
